Cheering For Charity is a Moonee Valley Racing Club initiative that takes place at every Ladbrokes Friday Night Lights race meeting throughout the season. The Club proudly works alongside multiple charities, with one assigned to each race night.

At each Ladbrokes Friday Night Lights meeting, a specific horse will be selected and if it wins, our Principal Partner Ladbrokes will kindly donate $2,000 to the selected charity, and if unsuccessful, MVRC will donate $500.

In Season 2024/25, the Moonee Valley Racing Club Cheering For Charity initiative raised $15,500 for charities around Australia.
